JIM STRICKLAN & DAYDREAMERS ENTERTAIN IWFS DINNER AT STONEHOUSE VINEYARD

Stonehouse Vineyard on Lake Travis in Spicewood was the beautiful and breezy site on April 26, 2009 for a private wine tasting and pig roast dinner for the International Wine & Food Sociey Austin Chapter . Jim Stricklan and the Daydreamers, with Greg Lowry, Doug Taylor and Leslie Stricklan, delighted the select gathering with a tasty mix of swing, samba, ballads, bluegrass and blues. We had a marvelous time and thank our longtime friends, Bill & Cathy Kuhlman, of the IWFS, for bringing us back to another special event with their society. It was a pleasure to see other familiar faces and meet some new ones. We highly recommend the Stonehouse Vineyard to one and all - owners Howard & Angela Moench have crafted a unique setting for savoring the arts of wine and song.
